Sunlight is one of the leading natural sources of vitamin D. Exposure to the sun’s rays allows the body to formulate its own vitamin D. Adequate vitamin D or sunshine in third period ( we understood about first,second and third period in my earlier blog) helps your baby form strong bones and muscles and lower the chance of immune disorders.Vitamin D protects your baby during the new born period. High levels of vitamin D at birth protect against wheezing and respiratory infections.
